KYSSVA - All merchandise purchased are marked as final and are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that are manufacturing defects. If you by any chance receive a defected item, please ensure that the product is unused with no additional damage, and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, wear, fragrance, or blemishes of any kind. You may contact us at general@kyssva.com stating your order ID along with photo proof to further the matter.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders should take 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be fulfilled.
It's been over 14 days since my order shipped and I have yet to receive anything.

Does the shipping cost for international order include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the total price of the merchandise upon checkout. We ship all international orders delivery duties unpaid (DDU), which means additional fees may/or may not occur once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the recipient.
