1. When can I expect to receive my order?

Based on only fulfillment partners, we are looking at approximately 1 week or less.

2. Where does KYSSVA ship?

Currently we only do local (Singapore) delivery. In the future, we will extend it out to other Southeast Asian countries.

3. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is included inside every purchase. Therefore, there is no need to pay additional fees on top of it.

6. Are KYSSVA products clean?

Yes, our products are cruelty-free and do not contain any toxic ingredients that are harmful to our skin. All our products are also free from synthetic fragrance.

7. What is the skin microbiome about?

In order for your skin microbiome to be healthy, it must be balanced and therefore, it is so important to use products with the right ingredients to achieve that.
